Pre-Ballet (Ages 3-5)

This is a perfect age to enter the wonderful world of dance! Develop coordination, rhythm, and basic ballet positions in a fun and gentle introduction to dance. Ballet shoes and leotard are required.

Music and Movement (Ages 2-4)

Explore rhythm, tempo, and basic timing in this class! This is an introductory class that uses simple actions and dance movements with on focus on child friend music

Square Dancing (Ages 16+)

Art Labs: Anime (Ages 10-15)

Students will observe and investigate the history of anime while considering the evolution of design as they work to create their own anime characters. This Art Lab will develop and support drawing skills while building a strong foundation for storytelling. Students should prepare to bring any samples of previous anime work and characters. This program includes all art supplies. Students must bring sack lunch, water bottle, and snacks each day. - SOLD OUT

Broadway Belters (Ages 8-12)

Be a triple threat! Young artists will stretch their acting, vocal, and dance skills with classic Broadway tunes. Each day they will get to explore a different show. Shows include “Matilda,” “Annie,” and “Hamilton” Just to name a few! *This camp is sold out

Dare to Dance Camp (Ages 8-12)

Do you dare to dance? In this camp you will learn the fundamentals of various dance styles...from tap, to jazz, to modern to hip hop! By the end of this camp you will know all things dance and be ready to go for your next dance call audition!

Kids Clowning Camp (Ages 8-12)

Get ready to clown around in this camp! Participants will learn the basics of miming, physical comedy, and improv! Camp will culminate in a showcase for family and friends...who knows there may even be some juggling!

OPENING NIGHT - Cinderella at Theatre in the Park

Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella is the new Broadway adaptation of the classic musical. This contemporary take on the classic tale features Rodgers & Hammerstein's most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It's Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” alongside a hilarious and romantic libretto by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane as well as some new characters, and surprising twists. Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA was twice re-made, first in 1965 for Lesley Ann Warren and then again in 1997 featuring Brandy and Whitney Houston. The original Broadway production opened in 2013 and starred Laura Osnes, Santino Fontana, Victoria Clark and Harriet Harris.

50 Plus Fourth of July Tea Dance

Celebrate Independence Day and dance to The Playboys. Bring your favorite sweet treat or potluck dish to share. Individuals or couples welcome. Some refreshments provided. This engaging event is just $5 per person, payable at the door.

KidScape Summer Adventures - Community

Explore the Johnson County Museum and our kid-sized community, KidScape, this summer! Discover history through crafts and projects inspired by our signature and temporary exhibits. New activities and explorations each week. Bring a lunch, water bottle, and snacks. Campers must have completed kindergarten to attend. This week's theme is "Community." Camp Details: * Camp fees include all materials and field trip fees. * All camps require a water bottle daily. * Children must bring a sack lunch and 2 snacks each day.
