   Please complete the following information to officially request a space as a vendor for JCPRD's JamBOOree on October 27, 2023.  You will receive a follow up email with information to confirm your registration or notification of placement on the wait list the Monday following your registration. 

5. Reminders before you submit!
   • October 27, 2023, 5:00p-8:30p at the Theatre in the Park at Shawnee Mission Park located at 7710 Renner Road, Shawnee, KS 66219.
   • There is generic lighting available.  If you need power for your booth, you will need to supply your own generator.   
   • You are welcome to bring a tent (no larger than 10x10) and tables and chairs to fit within your tent/space.
   • You are welcome to decorate your space and dress up.  Please remember we will see a variety of ages so we will keep the event family friendly.
   • You will need to walk your items to your location, there is not a drive-up path for vehicles after 3p.
   • There is ample parking for your group to park.
   • We recommend you initially plan on 2000 pieces of candy/giveaways (numbers updated event week based on registration) if you are in a trick or treat space.
