The Pavilion at The Theatre in the Park


The Pavilion is located adjacent to the Theatre in the Park located in Shawnee Mission Park and it is the perfect venue for your special event. This beautiful Pavilion, completed in the Summer of 2010, features a limestone fireplace, a fire pit, built in buffet, attached restrooms and ample parking.

It is the ideal setting for corporate events, family reunions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, parties, or any other event you can dream up. The Pavilion has picnic table seating for up to 225 guests and you may bring additional seating to accommodate up to 400 guests. This is an open vendor facility which allows you to bring your own food and beverage onsite, which includes alcohol. 
      

Pricing and Reservations

Per Day - Resident/Non-Resident: $750 / $825
Refundable Damage Deposit: $250*


*Upon signing your contract $250 dollar is due.  This amount will be applied to your total rental fee and is non refundable if you cancel.  The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your event.
