The Green Room at Heritage Park Golf Course

The Green Room, adjoining the Heritage Park Golf Course Clubhouse, is the perfect space for your next golf tournament, birthday party, or catered event.

With beautiful views of the golf course, this facility can accommodate up to 80 guests comfortably and lecture style up to 100 guests. The Green Room is also equipped with men's and women's restrooms, a wet bar, and a patio that overlooks a putting green. This is an open vendor facility which allows you to bring your own food and beverage, including alcohol.  Renters are required to set up the table configuration to their desire and remove all trash at the conclusion of their rental. 

Pricing

Per Hour -     2 hour minimum           $100

Per Day -      (see hours below)         $500

Refundable Damage Deposit              $200

After hours staff fee per hour             $30, minimum of 3 hours 

          *After hours includes any hours rented before sunrise and after sunset

*Upon signing your contract $200 dollar is due.  This amount will be applied to your total rental fee. The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your event.
