This space is the perfect environment to conduct a business meeting or host a small gathering. We provide tables and chairs and allow outside food and drink.

Pricing:

Per Hour- $75

Refundable Damage Deposit- $100

After hours staff fee per hour- $40 (minimum of 3 hours required)

                *After hours includes any hours rented outside of 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday

*Upon signing your contract 1/3 of the total rental cost is due, this is nonrefundable if you were to cancel. This amount will be applied to your total rental fee. The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit of $100 is due 30 days prior to your event.
