How do we enroll in the OST Program?

Enrollment information can be found at  You must create an ActiveNet account and add the program option you desire.  You will set up your reoccurring payment and pay the registration fee at that time.  You then will receive an invite from ePACT to complete your required Emergency Forms for your child’s file [Health History, Authorization for Emergency Medial Care, and Medication Administration Form (only if your child will take medication during program hours)].
