A roughly one-mile section of the Gary L. Haller Trail in the Mill Creek Streamway Park in Olathe will be closed for approximately five days in late October for repairs, Johnson County Park and Recreation District officials announced.

As planned, the trail will be closed from Oct. 19 through 23 between the Northwoods Trail access point at 11344 S. Millview west of Ridgeview, Olathe, and the Northgate access point at 1700 Northgate St. east of Woodland in Olathe.  This project will involve the replacement of a culvert at a low-water trail crossing. Completion of this work is dependent upon favorable weather.
