Learn about Smart TV's and Streaming Networks during new virtual program on Nov. 5

Puzzled by your smart TV and or need help figuring out streaming networks? A new virtual program being offered by the Corporate and Community Wellness Department of the Johnson County Park and Recreation District may be able to help.

This program is called Smart TV's and Streaming Networks, and is for ages 16 and older. Participants will discover tips and tricks for outsmarting their smart TVs, learn about devices and different services, and what they’ll need to know to begin steaming.

To find this program online at, browse first under adult and then under enrichment & special interests. When using the website’s advanced search, look for the keyword “computers.” 

Smart TV's and Streaming Networks will take place beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5. The cost for one two-hour session is $19 for Johnson County residents or $21 for nonresidents.
