JCPRD presents Homeschool Art program for ages 5 to 15 beginning April 4

The next session of a Homeschool Art program for youth being presented by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District are set to begin on April 4.

This program is for ages five to 15, and is designed to supplement homeschool curriculum. Participants will have collaborative experiences meant to encourage them to explore art through consideration, conversation, and creation. The theme for the Homeschool Art program beginning in April is "Clay Creations."

Clay Creations will be offered on Thursdays beginning April 4 and will meet at 10 the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center, 8788 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park. The class involve four two-hour sessions at a cost of $45 per person for Johnson County residents or $50 per person for nonresidents.
