Whether for a corporate event, family reunion, wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday or any other occasion, this venue is customizable to meet your specific needs!

The Rosewood Room is spacious with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful Meadowbrook Park. The full event space accommodates 150 guests with multiple layout options available. Space can be divided into two separate rooms for smaller events. Finishing kitchen also available.

The Birch Room is another space with a great view of the park which accommodates 20 for lecture style seating.

The Rosewood Room boasts beautiful views from its wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and inviting stone faced fireplace.  This space works for seated groups up to 150.

Pricing 2022:

Per Hour - 2 hour minimum                                                                              $200

Per Day – business hours                                                                                   $1500

Nonrefundable Rental Deposit (applied toward rental fee)                         $250.00

Refundable Damage Deposit (refundable less actual cost for repairs)      $250.00

After Hours Staffing Fee Per Hour – 3 hour minimum                                 $30.00

        *After hours includes any hours rented outside Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm.

*Upon signing your contract $250 of your total rental cost is due, this is non refundable if you were to cancel.  This amount will be applied to your total rental fee.  The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit of $250 is due 30 days prior to your event.

Park shelters are perfect for parties, family reunions, corporate events, and weddings! To ensure the use of a shelter, reservations are recommended.

The Grand Pavilion is perfect for large events and will accommodate up to 160 people.
