About KidScape
In the Kidscape Experience history comes to life in our kid-sized community! Children experience life in the past through play as they explore 3,500 square feet of buildings and landscape inspired by the history of Johnson County.
Preschool through early elementary age children will build a sense of place and learn through dramatic play in rural, urban, and suburban areas. Education programs and family events will guide children to discover the overarching themes of then and now, local history, and how communities and economies change over time. The KidScape Experience, will provide hand-on, fun and exciting learning experiences.
