Youth Fitness

Physical activity has proven to help children build strong bones and muscles, control weight, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. In addition to our gymnastics program, Mill Creek Activity Center offers a variety of youth fitness programs including: animal yoga, dance, and cardio/strength.
