Yoga: Virtual Yoga
MODERATE INTENSITY: Lengthen your muscles while increasing both bone and muscle density. Yoga Participants of all levels are welcome. This class will take place every Tuesday for 4 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend class at the scheduled time, you will receive a link to watch the recorded class at your convenience within 48 hours.
