Clay provides an opportunity for problem-solving and creative thinking within a tranquil and reassuring environment. You will have the opportunity to learn how to properly adhere separate clay pieces through score and slip, how to use various clay tools, and how to apply glaze to a finished design culminating in beautiful works of art ready to display!

The process of dyeing is broad as you explore different methods, materials, and fabrics to make beautiful, unique designs. This class will focus on traditional dyeing and bleaching techniques. No class 03.16.20.
Mini Holiday Ornaments (Ages 16 & Older)

Using a simple technique, we will use clay to make small to medium sized pendants that can be worn as jewelry, used as a decorative ornament, or a charm to hang from the car’s rear-view mirror with a fun aromatherapy twist! By leaving the backside of the pendants unglazed, the pendants can absorb essential oils for a fragrant and enjoyable experience.

Whether your passion is the pottery wheel, oil paints, or charcoal, this weekly meet-up offers a relaxing, safe, encouraging environment for you to create in the medium of your choice at your leisure. Studio time for you, by you.
