*New NAME* - The Artisan's Expo
The Artisan's Expo is presented by the Johnson
County Park & Recreation District in conjunction with the
City of Merriam. All applications must include two photographs
– one showing your product and one showing your display
setup. These photographs assist us in determining your vendor
space assignment. Please include your name, business name, and
a contact phone number on the back of each photograph. If you
wish for the return of photographs by postal mail, please include
a self-addressed stamped envelope with your application and
pictures. Please submit photos by postal mail or email if fax
copy is blurry.
Payment: Please make checks payable to Johnson County
Park and Recreation District (JCPRD). For credit card (Visa,
MasterCard or Discover) payment, please call (913) 826-3163.

Event Changes and/or Cancellation
The Turkey Creek Committee reserves the right to cancel or alter
the event. Vendors will be notified of any changes/cancellations.
