The Duathlon Course consists of a 2 mile run,
followed by an 11½ mile bike, and a 3 mile run. The run
portions are conducted inside Heritage Park. The cycling portion
and the 3 mile run are the same as the triathlon.
The Triathlon Duathlon Course consists of 1/3
mi. (587 yds.) swim, followed by an 11½ mi. bike, and
a 3 mi. run on a relatively flat course. The swim and run portions
are conducted inside Heritage Park. The cycling portion is a
partially hilly, 3 loop course, held both within and outside
the park boundaries. NOTE: Bike course subject to change
due to street and/or housing construction.
Eligibilty
This event is open to all persons ages 15 years and older. Competitors
under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent (see
registration form). Requests for reasonable accommodations will
be made for special needs participants.
