JCPRD's Picnic Program
It only takes a single call to arrange all aspects of a group picnic in a Johnson County Park and Recreation District Park.

In 2002, the District launched the Group and Corporate Picnic program. Through this service, which is aimed primarily at groups of 50 or more, callers can arrange catering for food ranging from brats to steaks, as well as equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, and special items such as moon walks.

Our staff will plan a custom picnic for your group, or you may choose from the typical picnic packages below.

  • Wiffle Ball & Bat
  • Horseshoes (2 sets)
  • Frisbee (2)
  • Soccer Ball

  • Softball, Bat & Bases
  • Jump Rope
  • Hula Hoop
  • Badminton
  • Volleyball
  • Parachute

Also included:
Two party representatives to organize games and activities for the children and adults; assistance with your set up and clean up provided. Our staff will be present at your event for up to two hours.

Catered meals are available for an additional fee per person.
