|Nature Center's Breakfast With Santa Program Offered on Dec. 9 & 16|
Children ages three through five are invited to bring a parent and have breakfast followed by a visit with Santa. This popular program is offered as part of the Johnson County Park and Recreation District's nature awareness programming.
Breakfast with Santa is offered beginning at 9 a.m. on Dec. 9 and again on Dec. 16 . Participants will enjoy pancakes followed be a presentation by Santa on the winter habits of his animal friends and an opportunity to construct a gift for wildlife. Of course, Santa will have a gift for each child and listen to their Christmas lists at the conclusion of the program. Breakfast With Santa will take place at the Ernie Miller Nature Center, 909 N. Kansas 7 Highway, Olathe. The cost for one 90-minute session of $12 per parent and child for Johnson County residents and $13 per parent and child for nonresidents. Additional persons can attend for $6 each for Johnson County resident or $7 per person for nonresidents.
