|New Aquatic Rehabilitation Program Offered By Appointment|
If you are experiencing pain and want to try a new method to alleviate it, a new program being offered by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District may be able to help.
Aquatic Rehabilitation Personal Training is now being offered for all ages by appointment at the Roeland Park Aquatic Center, 4843 Rosewood, Roeland Park; Shawnee Mission Northwest High School, 12701 W. 67th, Shawnee; and at Shawnee Mission West High School, 8800 W. 85th St., Overland Park.
A trained professional will work one-on-one with participants to help them use the water to manage their pain. Techniques will be customized to fit individual needs and may include Back Pain Wassage, Neck/Shoulder Wassage, Manual Techniques, ROM Solutions, and Endurance Alternatives.
