Maintenance Work on Portion of Mill Creek Streamway Park Delayed by Rain, Now Set for July 13 & 13
POSTED: 07/06/2005

Due to heavy weekend rain and the wet conditions it left behind, plans to perform maintenance on a section of the Mill Creek Streamway Park's Gary L. Haller Trail have been delayed by about a week.

Originally planned for on July 6 and 7, the work has now been rescheduled for July 12 and 13 and will effect a one and one-half-mile portion of trail stretching between the Barker Road Access Point and Johnson Drive. During these two days, maintenance crews will apply an overlay to the trail as part of onging maintenance efforts. The closure also includes the access point.

This work is weather-dependant and will be rescheduled again if necessary due to inclement weather.

During this work, the remaining 15.5 miles of the Gary L. Haller Trail will be open for use.
