|Ernie Miller Park Amphitheater Programs For June|
Bring the family to the Johnson County Park and Recreation District's Ernie Miller Park Amphitheater on Friday evenings during June for educational and entertaining programs. The programs last about an hour and are designed for all ages. A charge of $1.50 per person helps cover the cost of the programs; children under two are free.
June presentations include:
June 17 Snakes Alive - Why is it that these creatures seem so terrifying? Could all the stories you have heard about snakes be true? See Kansas snakes as we explore the facts and fallacies of these legless wonders of the natural world.
June 24 Wildlife Who's Who - Children of all ages will enjoy discovering the characteristics and habits of different animals and their place in nature. This program features several live animals.
