|Spring Fling Fun offers Nature-related Activities during Spring Break, March 14-18|
Bored during Spring Break Week? Bring your family and friends to Ernie Miller Nature Center, 909 N. K-7 Highway, Olathe, for a fun and educational program.
Each day during Spring Break week (March 14-18), Nature Center staff will present nature or history-oriented programs suitable for the entire family beginning at 10 a.m.
On Monday, solve an animal mystery and meet the cast of Wildlife Who's Who? Tuesday hear Native American stories and see live animals from these ancient myths. A variety of live snakes will be displayed for the program on Wednesday. Thursday's program will celebrate St. Patrick's Day with stories from the Emerald Isle told by historic Irish pioneer, Sean McBain. Birds of prey will be the stars of the Friday presentation.
Each program is approximately 45 minutes long. The cost is $1.50 per person paid on-site. Advanced reservations are not required for this program.
