|Spring Break Adventure Camp Begins March 14|
Children ages six to ten can have an adventure during spring break through a program being offered at Ernie Miller Park, 909 North Kansas 7 Highway, Olathe.
Spring Break Adventure Camp will allow participants to join in fun nature activities and games as well as romping through the great outdoors. Activities will include creating nature treats, wildlife presentations, a field trip, and, weather permitting, fishing. Camp will be offered Monday through Friday, March 14 through 18. Activities begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. For the convenience of working parents, supervision will be provided from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. Children should bring a nutritious sack lunch, snacks, and a drink. Enrollment is limited to 20 campers. Registration is due two weeks prior to the start of camp. The cost for five 8-hour sessions is $97 per child for Johnson County Residents or $107 for nonresidents. Camp fees are nonrefundable.
