|New Walking Bingo event for 50 Plus set for Sept. 9 in Antioch Park|
B-4 you sit down to play bingo, why not get N-2 in a more active version of the classic game during a special event being presented in early September by the 50 Plus Department of the Johnson County Park & Recreation District.
This event is called Walking Bingo, and will take place in Antioch Park, 6501 Antioch, Merriam. Participants will learn this easy-to-follow version of bingo while getting in some walking. The more you walk, the more chances you have to win! A variety of prizes will be awarded, including gift certificates. Refreshments will be provided. In the event of rain, a make-up date will be chosen.
