|Rockin' Rob is next Kid-Friendly Musical Performance at Johnson County Museum on June 22|
Fun, music, and movement are in store when the Johnson County Museum presents a series of four Kid-Friendly Musical Performances beginning in late May.
These programs are designed for ages two through ten with an adult and will all take place beginning at 10 a.m. at the Johnson County Museum, 6305 Lackman Road, Shawnee. The cost for each one-hour program is $3 per participant, and museum members are free.
Individual walk-in participations are welcome, if space is available, but groups of ten or more must preregister. Space at these performances is limited and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are strongly recommended and can be obtained by calling (913) 715-2575. A maximum of three children are allowed per adult.
The next performance is The Rockin' Rob Show set for Wednesday, June 22. This completely interactive and educational musical show is geared for ages two to ten and families, and promotes the benefits of music and movement.
Other entries in the Kid-Friendly Musical Performances include: Janie Next Door on July 27; and Doo-Dad Mike on Aug. 24.
The Johnson County Museum is a department of the Johnson County Park & Recreation District.
