|Green at Heart Yoga Hike offered on Oct. 31 at Ernie Miller Nature Center|
Experience the power of a walk in nature fused with the awareness of yoga during an adult fitness program being offered by the Johnson County Park & Recreation District at the Ernie Miller Nature Center, 909 North Kansas 7 Highway, Olathe.
The program is called Green at Heart Yoga Hike and is for ages 16 and older. Participants can workout in the beauty of the natural world, stimulate their senses, and reap the benefits of hiking combined with the centering relaxation of yoga. This program is for all levels and is led by Certified Yoga Instructor Robin Olson, and Park Naturalist Molly Postlewait. In case of inclement weather, activities will take place inside the Ernie Miller Nature Center.

Green at Heart Yoga Hike will meet at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. The cost for one 90-minute session is $8 for Johnson County residents or $9 for nonresidents. Preregistration is required. This program is also eligible for credit in the Physical dimension for the JCPRD U holistic wellness program for participants ages three to 18.
