|50 Plus Duplicate Bridge Tournament set for Sept. 26 at Rose Estates|
Calling all duplicate bridge players! A new tournament is being planned in late September at Rose Estates, 12700 Antioch Road, Overland Park is being planned by the 50 Plus Department of the Johnson County Park & Recreation District.
This Bridge Tournament will create a friendly setting among players who play at least once a week and want to up the ante and play for prizes. Prizes will be awarded to east/west and north/south winning partners. There will also be refreshments and goodie bags for all.

The Bridge Tournament begins at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, The cost for this four-hour event is $6 per person.
While the JCPRD's 50 Plus programs are primarily for people who are age 50 or older, interested parties who have not yet reached that magic age may still be able to attend. Persons 18 and older who are interested in a 50 Plus class are invited to call the District's Registration Department at (913) 831-3359, and if space is available without forfeiting the place of a person over 50, their registration can be taken.
