|High School Swim Training offered in early July|
The program is called High School Swim Training and is meant to provide a workout for the high school swimmer. Workouts run by an experienced deck coach are offered four times each week, and last one and one-half hours.
To find this program in the JCPRD’s Activities catalog and online listings, browse first under youth and then under aquatics. In the catalog and when using the website’s advanced search, look for the keywords “swim training.”
During July, available workout times are 7:15 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and Saturday. The cost for fifteen 90-minute workouts is $57 for Johnson County residents or $63 for nonresidents. July sessions begin July 2 and take place at the dome-covered Roeland Park Aquatic Center, 4843 Rosewood, Roeland Park.
