New Gaming and Griddles program for 50 Plus is March 2 at New Century Fieldhouse

The program is called Gaming and Griddles and will take place on March 2 at the New Century Fieldhouse, 551 New Century Parkway, near Gardner. After breakfast, participant will learn about or play a variety of games including mah-jongg, dominoes, bridge, pitch, pinochle, crosswords, or come teach the group a new game! Perform a catalog search for the keyword "games " to find this program in the JCPRD's Activities Catalog and online listings.

Gaming and Griddles begins at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 2. The cost for this five-hour event is $5 per person for Johnson County residents or $7 per person for nonresidents. Advance registration is required.

While the JCPRD's 50 Plus programs are primarily for people who are age 50 or older, interested parties who have not yet reached that magic age may still be able to attend. Persons 18 and older who are interested in a 50 Plus class are invited to call the District's Registration Department at (913) 831-3359, and if space is available without forfeiting the place of a person over 50, their registration can be taken.
