|What's Old is New Again art classes offered for youth and adults|
Both classes will take place at the Prairie Village Community Center, 7720 Mission Road, Prairie Village. The cost for either program for three two-hour lessons is $41 per person for Johnson County residents or $45 per person for nonresidents. Youth What's Old is New Again is for ages eight through 14 and will let participants recycle old items which may be past their prime, like that Slinky® that can't walk down the stairs anymore, into new works of art. This program will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday beginning Jan. 21.
Adult What's Old is New Again is for age 18 and older. This program promises creativity at its best as participants will recycle lots of old items into new works of art. This program will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday beginning Feb. 2.
