Fitness Boot Camp program offered for adults beginning Jan. 3

The program is called Fitness Boot Camp and is for ages 18 and older. Workouts are focused on improving key areas including: weight loss, endurance, toning, strengthening, and flexibility. Perform a catalog search for the keyword "fitness" to find this program in the JCPRD's online listings.

This program will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning at 5:30 a.m. at Traditional Martial Arts, 7903 W. 83rd St., Overland Park. Class starts Jan. 3. The cost for nine 60-minute sessions is $99 per person for Johnson County residents or $109 for nonresidents.
