Aqua School Learn to Swim is for the student who has not experienced the joy of swimming. Students will be divided into skill ability levels. Skills development will progress from basic movement, breathe control, and floating, to learning and refining different swimming strokes.
Aqua School Learn to Dive is for the child who likes to flip and twist but not flop. Divers will learn basic body positions for head-first entries into the water from the deck and diving board.
Aqua School Precompetitive Swim is for the child who has the need for speed while swimming. Participants will focus on skills development, speed, and endurance while learning and developing four competitive strokes - butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, and freestyle - for competition.
