Triathlon Training program offered for adults beginning Dec. 1 and 6

This Triathlon Training program is for ages 18 and older. It will involve indoor training in swimming, running and cycling, along with tips on techniques, transition, pacing, and nutrition. Classes are offered for both beginning and experienced triathletes. Perform a catalog search for the keyword "sports" to find this program in the JCPRD's Activities Catalog and online listings.

This program is offered in two formats. One class takes place beginning at noon on Wednesday and involves 15 75-minute sessions at the cost of $150 per person for Johnson County residents or $165 per person for nonresidents. The other class takes place beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday and involves 12 90-minute sessions at the cost of $180 per person for Johnson County residents or $198 per person for nonresidents. Both programs take place at 68's Sports Indoor Sports Fitness Facility at 11301 W. 88th St., Overland Park. Classes will not meet on Dec. 22 and 27.
