Summer Conditioning Clinic for ages 9-14 begins July 6

The program is called Summer Conditioning Clinic and is for ages nine through 14. Working within their age groups, participants will work on speed and agility enhancements, strength and power development, as well as core strength and flexibility. Perform a catalog search for the keyword "sports" to find this program in the JCPRD's Activities Catalog and online listings.

Class will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday beginning July 6 at 68's Inside Sports Warehouse, 9111 Flint, Overland Park. The cost for eight 60-minute sessions is $50 for Johnson County residents or $55 for nonresidents.
