|New Moving in Nature program offered for adults at Ernie Miller Nature Center starting Sept. 26|
The class is called Moving in Nature and is for ages 18 and older. During the program, Certified NIA Master Instructor Sharon Bowman will show participants how to start with guided gentle energy-boosting movements for a new inner awareness. Participants will relax with a healthy lunch and rejuvenate during a nature walk in the forest with the fall colors as inspiration. This program will meet at 10:30 p.m. Saturday beginning Sept. 26. The cost for one five-hour session is $55 per person for Johnson County residents or $59 for nonresidents.
