Ernie Miller Park Amphitheater programs offered on July 10, 17, and 24.
POSTED: 06/17/2009

The programs begin at 7 p.m., last about an hour, and are designed for all ages. A charge of $2.50 per person helps cover the cost of the programs; children under two are free.

July presentations include:

July 10 Animal Clues

Learn how to identify tracks, scent, and other animal signs and figure out what the animals were doing long after they are gone. Learn how to "walk like the animals." A number of different animals furs will be available to touch and a special animal guest will also be present.

July 17 Owls – Eyes of the Night - July 17

Great Horned, Barred and Screech owls make Ernie Miller Park their home. Join two live owls and us as we discover more about these creatures of the night.

July 24 Wildlife Webs

Untangle the web of Kansas wildlife as you discover food chains from the forest, pond, and prairie. These food chains will come alive as you meet and learn about a member of each food chain. Learn what the animals eat and who eats them.
