|Grillin’ and Chillin’ With the Grandkids Program Offered at Roeland Park 50 Plus on June 28|
Grandparents can have some summertime fun with their grandchildren during an intergenerational program being offered by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District.
Now in its second year, the program is called Grillin’ and Chillin’ with the Grandkids and will begin with a morning full of games, including bingo, shuffleboard, and more. Afterwards, participants will enjoy a grilled lunch with their choice of hamburgers or hotdogs and all the fixings that come with a picnic in summer. There will also be a variety of door prizes.
